ご予約後のキャンセルにつきましては、下記のキャンセル料をお願いしております。For cancellations after booking, the following fees apply.
- ご宿泊当日・前日Day of stay / day before
- 宿泊料金の100％100% of the room charge
- ご宿泊日の2〜3日前2–3 days before
- 宿泊料金の50％50% of the room charge
- ご宿泊日の4〜7日前4–7 days before
- 宿泊料金の30％30% of the room charge
- ご宿泊日の8日前までUp to 8 days before
- 無料Free
ご宿泊開始後のご予約期間短縮・途中退館につきましては、ご利用いただいていない宿泊日分も含め返金はいたしかねます。After check-in, no refunds are available for shortened stays or early departures, including unused nights.
台風や船舶欠航など、やむを得ない事情につきましては個別にご相談ください。For unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or ferry cancellations, please contact us individually.
